Brian brings over 25 years of experience as a three-time public company CFO. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Brian was the CFO of NUBURU since February 2022. Brian also served as CFO for CEA Industries Inc., (NASDAQ: CEAD) and for Proximo. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Interim CFO of ViewRay, Inc., (NASDAQ: VRAY).

Brian graduated from Thomas More University with a degree in Accountancy in 1993. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio.

Brian has over 23 years of experience in high power lasers and optics. Brian has successfully run Engineering, Operations, and Marketing at a number of high-tech companies in the laser and energy industries.

Brian graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with master’s degrees in electrical engineering and Applied Physics in 1998; he also received a master’s in Six Sigma from Villanova in 2006 and master certificates in Business Management and Marketing from Tulane in 2009.

Andrew has over 40 years experience is using high power lasers for welding, cutting, marking and additive processes. Starting with experience in applications development and product development, Andrew has over 20 years experience in laser and machine tool sales to electronics, medical device, automotive and aerospace markets.

Andrew graduated from Southampton University, UK with a degree in Aeronautics in Astronautics and a Welding Diploma from Teesside University

Teresa brings over 25+ years of experience working in private and public companies, including Kentucky Fried Chicken, HEBEA Consulting Group, MWH, and Stantec Consulting, occupying different HR leadership positions.

She graduated from Universidad Anahuac del Sur in Mexico City with a BS in Industrial Relations. She is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds an Unconscious Bias Trainer Certification from CCDI and Mental Health Ally Certification.
